Destiny School of Ministry: Training and equipping the body of Christ

Destiny School of Ministry is a fully accredited Bible college that trains, equips, and lifts up tomorrow’s leaders in ministry. The college is accredited by Accrediting Commission International (ACI), the world’s largest non-governmental accrediting agency. Destiny School of Ministry (DSM) is also licensed by the state of Michigan. DSM is a non-degree granting school, as they are a vocational Bible School. However, through an articulation agreement with Destiny Christian University in Florida, graduates can transfer credits and receive Associate, Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate degree.

Students within DSM have several choices of coursework to choose from, as the school offers Bible training, but offers much, much more. Within DSM are the Christian Counseling Institute (CCI), Christian Life and Financial Institute (CLFI), Worship Arts Institute (WAI), Apostles and Prophets Institute (API), and the newest addition, added this year, the Chaplain Training Institute (CTI). There is something for everyone to study at Destiny School of Ministry. Tuition is extremely affordable, less than most books at secular colleges. Classes meet on Monday nights from 6:00 to 9:30, including a chapel service, just a simple few hours a week.

The Deans and Directors of Destiny School of Ministry are Drs. Jerry and Sherill Piscopo. Both have a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to share with the Body of Christ. They each have secular degrees, Dr. Jerry in business, and Dr. Sherill in education, as well as earned and honorary Doctorate degrees. They are the Deans and Directors of DSM, senior pastors at Evangel Christian Churches, and founders and overseers of the Evangel Association of Churches and Ministries (EACM), a worldwide ministerial network. Drs. Jerry and Sherill bring knowledge to share with students from their travels to their network churches and schools. They are true gifts to the Body of Christ, and visionary leaders constantly moving forward in the fulfillment of the Great Commission.

If you are interested in attending or simply checking out Destiny School of Ministry, call them at 586-773-6568, and ask for Dr. Rose Lafrenz or Rev. Tina Iannucci. The school is located at 28491 Utica Rd. in Roseville, MI. The campus is located on Utica near Gratiot Avenue. Are you a world changer? I pray so, and until next time, may God bless and keep you, and may His face shine upon you.

  1. The DSM is an excellent school! I've been able to continue my education despite my busy work schedule. Dr.Rose always returns my calls, despite her very busy schedule. I would recommend DSM to anyone who is interested in ministry education.
